The district court sustained a motion for summary judgment on the ground that the dealer in oil well supplies failed to file its mechanic's lien statement within sixty days after last furnishing oil well supplies and equipment to the drilling contractor, and for failing to give notice of the filing of its mechanic's lien statement to the owners of the oil and gas leasehold.
