FACTS. - Lytles were beneficiaries of a trust deed in property owned by Progressive. Lytles filed notice of default, declaring the debt accelerated. Progressive filed a Chapter 11 bankruptcy petition. Progressive proved unable to provide adequate protection, and the bankruptcy court granted Lytles relief from the automatic stay. Mountain Fuel condemned an easement across the property. The trust deed trustee gave notice of sale, without further notice of default. Lytles bought the property at the trustees sale.
